We ship for free to the entire contiguous United States.
If I order multiple, will they ship at the same time?
Heck, we'll try. And we'll try to get your order to you as soon as possible and you will receive a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Due to operational variables beyond our control, we can’t guarantee that all products will ship at the same time.
Does Bounce ship compressed?
Yes, we use state of the art technology to compress the foam to ensure efficient shipping and handling.
How long does it take to expand after I open it?
Bounce takes about 48 hours after opening to fully bounce back to form (pardon the pun) because it travels to you in a tightly compressed wrap. It is completely normal for it to look compressed or wrinkled in certain places right after it has been opened but you can play with it immediately after opening.
Is there a product guarantee?
Bounce and cover sets come with a two-year warranty which covers manufacturing defects that affect the functionality of the product.
Does Bounce have any rules while playing with it?
Heck YES! All Bounce products go through rigorous testing during development and safety is our utmost priority. Bounce makes excellent race cars, castles, homework stations and many more but they should always be used with adult supervision.
Bounce is made out of foam so it should not be used on rough, hard surfaces. Bounce is created for endless hours of playtime and fun but we are not responsible for the use of Bounce outside our factory.
Are any monsters shipped in the Bounce box?
Heck No!, we need them - they are some of our best employees. They help do all of the Quality Control and ensure shipping to you is done quickly and efficiently.
