Some of our product's packaging is designed to not exceed UPS maximum weight and dimension standards which allows us to ship UPS.
Please note that "In-room delivery" and "In-room Delivery and Assembly" options are not available with "Quick Ship".

4. Assembly & In-Room Delivery - +$99
- uOur delivery team will deliver into whatever room you specify.
- Deluxe Freight Delivery
- We will unwrap and have your product assembled to the instruction manual
- Your product will be ready to enjoy to sit, back and relax when delivery is complete
- We will cleanup, remove and recycle the packaging as we are done.

When will I receive my order?
Once we have received and confirmed your order, it normally takes 2-4 business days to process and ship your order. Your shipment will leave the warehouse and typically be delivered within 10 - 20 calendar days. This excludes "Quick Ship option on applicable products. Quick ship generally reduces delivery time to 7 days.

Scheduling Your Delivery
A team member from our delivery partner will contact you to coordinate a delivery date and time window. This call will take place when your order is in the distribution center nearest your home. You will be contacted by phone, using the direct phone number you provided when placing the order, to schedule the delivery appointment at the address provided.

The Day of Delivery
You will need to be home to receive the order. Our front door delivery service ensures quality service by delivering your order to the first available dry space in the interior of your home, such as a garage or inside your front door. Rest assured that your purchase is safe and protected from the elements.
Upon delivery, please inspect your product carefully. A signature from someone 18 years or older will be required on the delivery receipt. The product will be left in its original packaging. You’re responsible for carrying furniture to your room of choice, unpacking, any assembly required and disposing of packing materials. We also offer upgraded in-room delivery $35 and in-room and assembly service $99 (available to select at checkout).
Why does my delivery take so long?
As e-commerce consumers, we have been accustomed to ordering products on-line, and then arriving within a couple of days. Unfortunately, furniture products are large items that exceed the weight and dimension restrictions of courier services. They simply can't be shipped via courier services like FEDEX, Purolator, UPS etc... Additionally, products often requiring scheduling a delivery team to move the product from a freight truck to your door. Some of our products are available for 'Quick Ship'. These products are generally at the limit of a UPS delivery restriction. These products can be shipped via courier for an additional $99.
We ship from two warehouses in the United States. Depending on inventory, we ship from the closest warehouse to final destination. Delivery times are dependent on proximity from our warehouse to the final destination. Additionally, timeframes can vary depending on scheduling freight trucks going to parts of the United States.
We make great products. They are worth the wait.
Cancellations
You may cancel an order placed on the website as long as the order has not been shipped or within 48 hours since the order is placed. To cancel an order, please reach us through live chat (bottom right of the page) or email us at: order@sealyhome.com
Order cancelled after the 48 hours period will follow return and exchange policy below (including if the order is still in transit).
Return Policy
Updated new policy per March 18, 2023:
We charge a return shipping & restocking fee equal to 15% of what you paid for the product.The fee is always capped at $200, per returned item. This amount will be deducted from the refund. Additional shipping upgrade collected on the order is non-refundable (I.e. delivery to room of choice at $35). If you'd like to exchange your order instead for a different product or color, we'll waive the fee. Get details on Exchanges section below.
Returned item (both returned for refunds and returned for exchange) must be in its unassembled original condition and not repacked. If you don't have the original packaging, unfortunately we are unable to accept your return request. We may request descriptions and images of the products to determine the state of the products prior to accepting return and exchanges.
Below are a few items that can’t be returned or exchanged:
• Open box items
• Items you have already assembled
• Items delivered with In-Room Delivery with Assembly
• Items marked “Last Chance", "Final Sale”, and "Special Sale"
• Gift cards
Return for defective items are covered by our standard 1-year warranty and aren’t subject to any return shipping & restocking fee. For these cases, check out our warranty information below.
Refund Options
You can choose to receive store credit for your return or have the original payment method refunded. Refunds will be issued within two (2) weeks of the completion of return process.

Exchange
We offer a one-time FREE exchange (within the 30-day return and exchange window) if you’d like to exchange an item for a different color, different fabric, or different product altogether. All exchanges will follow the same policies listed in our Return Policy. All exchanges are final sale and not eligible for return, though one-year warranty still applies.
There are two ways to exchange an item, depending upon your preference:
• Before the return: To receive the new item sooner, you can go ahead and place an order for the new item before you return the old item. We will process a refund to your original payment method once we receive the return.
• After the return: You will follow the same steps as a regular return. Once we have received your returned item at our warehouse, we will ship out the exchange item.
