48-Hour Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel an order placed on the website as long as the order has not been shipped or within 48 hours since the order is placed. To cancel an order, please reach us through live chat (bottom right of the page) or email us at:

Order cancelled after the 48 hours period will follow return and exchange policy below (including if the order is still in transit).


90-Day Return Policy

Mattress return policy (policy revised 11-28-2023):

We believe you’ll fall in love with your mattress. We want you to be confident, so we offer our 90-Night Trial. We ask you to try it for 30 nights, and if (during the first 90 nights) you don’t love your new mattress, call us at 1-800-806-5890.

We will work with you to address your concerns. If we can’t find a way to make you happy, we will take the mattress back, and refund your money, less shipping charges. After your first 90 Nights, you can sleep soundly knowing you’re protected from product defects by our 10-Year Limited Warranty on mattresses. In-home delivery items are subject to a $175 return fee.
