We will work with you to address your concerns. If we can’t find a way to make you happy, we will take the headboard and bedframe back, and refund your money, less shipping charges. After your first 90 Nights, you can sleep soundly knowing you’re protected from product defects by our 10-Year Limited Warranty on mattresses. In-home delivery items are subject to a 15% return fee, capped at $200.
